Crystal Eye Masks
Crystals are known for their healing properties and these Crystal Eye Masks are excellent for soothing tired eyes, busy minds and enhancing relaxation.
I currently have the following eye masks in stock at a cost of £40 (p&p £4.50 extra). To purchase, please email me to arrange collection from Dingwall or delivery by post. Each mask comes with a presentation box and instructions on how to care for it.

Rose Quartz Crystal Eye Mask
Rose Quartz brings a sense of peace and wellbeing, helping to ease stress and anxiety. It is also known as a hormone balancer and may help reduce symptoms of PMT, peri-menopause, and menopause. It encourages empathy, self-love, the ability to love and aids emotional healing.
Amethyst Crystal Eye Mask
Amethyst is useful for inducing calmness and helpful for sleep issues such as insomnia. It is a good hormone and emotional balancer and helps reduce stress and anxiety and promotes a calm mind. Amethyst can encourage awareness, concentration and overcoming emotional blocks. Physically Amethyst can be good for releasing pain and tension, especially migraines and tension headaches.
