Sometimes life can feel a little overwhelming. Your mind is busy, you're juggling the needs of others, and even when you finally stop, you find it difficult to switch off. Perhaps you feel emotionally drained, unsettled or simply in need of some time where nothing is expected of you. Reiki offers a peaceful space to pause, breathe and allow yourself to rest.
During your treatment, you simply relax while I gently place my hands just above different areas of your body. Reiki is non-invasive, and you remain fully clothed throughout the treatment. There is no need to talk, do anything or try to achieve a particular feeling. You simply close your eyes, settle into the quiet and allow yourself to receive. A little time away from the noise of everyday life, to just be.
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) means 'universal life force, and is a gentle complementary therapy that originated in Japan. It is based on the traditional practice of channelling energy through the hands, with the intention of supporting balance and wellbeing. People experience Reiki in different ways. Some feel warmth, tingling or gentle sensations, while others simply enjoy the stillness and find themselves drifting into a deeply relaxed state. Reiki is often chosen as a complementary approach to self-care, offering time for rest, reflection and relaxation.
Imagine leaving with a little more space inside yourself. The things that felt urgent may seem less pressing. Your body may feel more relaxed, your thoughts a little quieter, and you may find yourself approaching the rest of your day with a greater sense of calm. Some people feel deeply peaceful and sleepy after Reiki, while others feel refreshed, lighter or simply grateful for the opportunity to stop for a while.
There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. You don't need to feel anything in particular or have any expectations. Sometimes, the greatest gift is simply having time where you aren't responsible for anyone or anything. You spend so much time giving to others. Allow yourself to receive. A moment of stillness. A chance to breathe. Some time that belongs entirely to you.
Reiki is safe for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly.

Distance Reiki is useful for those who cannot attend in person and it involves you finding a quiet space at home and lying or sitting for an hour at your appointment time. I know for some people this concept is difficult to understand so you may find this article of interest. Full instructions for your session are issued on booking.
“Thanks again for today, I really didn’t know what to expect but would definitely recommend Distance Reiki. If you open your mind it’s amazing what you discover”.
Reflexology is a gentle complementary therapy where specific points on the feet, face, ears or hands are stimulated. These reflex points correspond with different areas and systems of the body.
The treatment encourages deep relaxation and supports the body's natural processes, helping you to feel more balanced, calm and restored.
Many people enjoy reflexology as a regular form of self-care, particularly during times when life feels busy, stressful, going through change or when they simply feel that they need some extra nurturing.
You may leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded - as though you've finally had a chance to exhale. Some people describe feeling deeply relaxed and sleepy after reflexology, while others feel refreshed, peaceful and more connected to themselves.
It's your time to pause. To put everything else down for a while, and give yourself permission to simply be.

Sometimes your body is asking you to pause. If you're feeling stressed, tired, overwhelmed or simply in need of some time for yourself, Foot eflexology offers a beautiful opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
As you settle back and your feet are gently worked, you can begin to let go off the tension you've been carrying. Your breathing may naturally slow, your mind can become quieter, and you may find yourself drifting into a deeply relaxed state.
You don't need to do anything.
You don't need to think about anything.
For this time, you can simply receive.
Reflexology does not cure, as only the body can do that, but it does facilitate healing and balancing within the body.
During a Foot Reflexology session you only remove your shoes and socks and then lie back and relax – and no it doesn’t tickle.
Find a little calm, feel more balanced and give yourself some extra care
Sometimes, the smallest things can make a difference to how we feel. When you're dealing with everyday stresses, feeling tense or uncomfortable, or simply finding it difficult to switch off, Ear Reflexology offers a gentle opportunity to pause, restore a sense of calm and focus on your wellbeing.
The ears contain many reflex points, and through gentle stimulation, this treatment offers a different way to experience reflexology. It's a chance to slow down, take a breath and give yourself some attention - with the added benefit of ear seeds that you can continue to stimulate gently at home after your treatment.
Also known as Auricular Therapy, Ear Reflexology involves stimulating specific points on the ears that are traditionally associated with different areas and systems of the body.
Using gentle pressure and appropriate reflexology techniques, the treatment aims to encourage relaxation and support your overall sense of wellbeing. Ear seeds may also be applied to selected points on the ear. These small seeds are held in place with adhesive patches and can be gently pressed at home between appointments, extending your opportunity to engage with the treatment.
Imagine taking a little time out from everything that has been occupying your mind. A chance to sit back, breathe more easily and allow yourself to feel cared for. You may leave feeling calmer, more relaxed and more settled, with the reassurance of having given yourself some much-needed attention. And with your ear seeds in place, you can continue to gently stimulate the selected points at home, giving yourself a small reminder to pause and check in with yourself during the day.
Sometimes self-care doesn't need to be complicated. It can be as simple as taking a moment to breathe, soften and slow down. You deserve to feel cared for, too.
There are times when you don't need to do anything. You just need someone to take care of you for a while.
Facial Reflexology is a wonderfully nurturing treatment that combines gentle touch and reflexology techniques on the face, creating a deeply calming experience for both body and mind. As you settle into the treatment, the gentle movements across your face can help to quiet a busy mind and release some of the tension you may not even realise you're holding. It's a chance to close your eyes, breathe, switch off from the outside world and simply receive.
Facial Reflexology works with specific reflex points on the face which correspond with different areas and systems of the body. Using gentle pressure, the treatment works across the face and reflex points to encourage relaxation and support the body's natural healing processes. The face is an incredibly sensitive area, so the gentle, rhythmic nature of the treatment can make it particularly soothing and calming.
Imagine leaving feeling as though you've finally exhaled. Your face may feel softer, your body more relaxed and your mind a little quieter. You may feel calm, peaceful and grounded - or perhaps wonderfully sleepy and ready for a good night's rest. And because the treatment is so gentle and nurturing, it can leave you with that lovely feeling of having been truly cared for.
This isn't about rushing in, having a treatment and rushing back out again. It's about giving yourself permission to pause. To close your eyes. To breathe. And for a little while, let someone else take care of you.
This treatment starts with a hot towel cleanse before applying organic face oil, then a gentle décolletage and neck massage helps you begin to relax before moving on to your Facial Reflexology. The treatment finishes with another hot towel cleanse to remove any remaining oil, followed by applying moisturiser to leave your skin feeling soft and cared for.
If you don’t like your feet being touched but would love to experience the many benefits of Reflexology then Facial Reflexology is for you.
“All the busyness in my head and tension in my shoulders completely drained away”

Bear in mind this treatment is about so much more than just looking better – it is promoting self-healing, relaxation and improving your well-being. It’s about balancing the mind and body to leave you feeling like the best version of you. One client was delighted that besides the amazing difference she could see and feel on her face, that she also felt happier and her painful arthritis had eased.
Creator of ZFL Ziggie Bergman describes it as “it’s not about looking perfect, it’s about looking like the best version of yourself.” I would go even further and say that it’s not only about looking like the best version of you, it’s also about feeling like the best version of you.
Although the focus is on how amazing clients feel after their treatment, sometimes pictures speak louder than words.
If you have had facial fillers or botox you must allow at least 3 weeks before receiving a treatment.
Six and 12 week packages are available on request.
“It felt like the last 18 months of tension had lifted from my head, body and mind.”

Let go of tension, quieten your mind and give yourself permission to switch off
During an Indian Head Massage you remain fully clothed whilst sitting in a chair – but don’t be fooled, this is an extremely relaxing massage.
An Indian Head Massage lasts for 30 minutes so it is always accompanied by another treatment of your choice.
Imagine walking away feeling as though you've put down a weight you didn't realise you'd been carrying. Your shoulders may feel looser, your head clearer and your body more at ease. You may feel peaceful and deeply relaxed, or refreshed and ready to return to your day with a renewed sense of calm. Every experience is different, but the intention is always to give you the time and space to slow down and focus on your own wellbeing.
You spend so much time looking after everything and everyone else. This is your time to be looked after, to let your shoulders soften, your mind settle and the outside world wait a little longer.
A soothing, restorative treatment to help you release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm.
“One treatment that is guaranteed to lift you out of the stresses of daily life and provide you with a real cure for those aching, tense neck and shoulder muscles is the ancient art of Indian Head Massage” - Narendra Mehta
